Ir. Lim Wik Hua is an accomplished civil and structural engineering leader with more than 23 years of experience delivering major infrastructure across Sarawak. At ICTC 2026, he will join Ir. Arthur Huang is a structural engineer, architect, and pioneer of circular innovation, transforming post-consumer and industrial waste into high-performance materials for the built environment. As founder and CEO of Miniwiz, his globally recognised work challenges conventional approaches to construction and consumption, demonstrating how technology, design, and circular thinking can turn waste into a powerful resource for a more sustainable future.
Dato’ Adli Putra Ahmad was appointed project director of SRS Consortium in January 2025 and currently leads the delivery of Package 1 for the Penang Mutiara Line. He has also served as project director for MMC Gamuda, overseeing the MRT Putrajaya Line since 2022, and was executive director of Gamuda Engineering. His extensive experience includes delivering the MRT Kajang Line, IDP, Shah Alam Expressway, Ipoh-Lumut Highway and North-South Expressway—some of Malaysia’s most significant transportation and infrastructure developments.
Yoshiyuki Takeda is representative director and CEO of Rails Inc., specialising in area marketing, pedestrian flow analysis and AI implementation. He spent fourteen years at East Japan Railway Company across operations, product planning, urban redevelopment and corporate planning. Since becoming an entrepreneur, he has supported businesses through web marketing, strategy and AI solutions, combining transportation expertise with technology to advance smarter cities and business growth.
Benjamin Soh, founder and managing director of ESGPedia, will present “Building Smarter: How Malaysian Construction Firms Can Turn ESG into a Competitive Advantage” at ICTC 2026.
